So apparently Glenn Beck is pitching The Road to Serfdom.
I think watching a cross-section of Glenn Beck viewers hammer out their thoughts on this book would make for pretty entertaining television.

Newsbusters crows the success of Sarah Palin's new show thus:

Matthews just asked Michael Rubin,
This like asking your dog if he's a good boy and wants a treat. Rubin practically clapped his hands and started to wheeze. This is because (a) bombing Iran gives everyone at the American Enterprise Institute, including the women, a boner and (b) it made Rubin's response, whatever it may be, sound sane by comparison.
Though Rubin gave it a shot,
So there's your false choice. The Israelis can either conduct a raid of the Evil Iranian Hideout and kill the 6-7 top leaders (we presume they hang-out together) or, more prudently, we can bomb the exterior of their nuclear facilities.
Paraphrasing,
"should we invade, or just bomb?"
"great question, Chris."

But if these assholes keep comparing Obama to Goebbels and Hitler and impressing upon people the immediacy of their cause (whatever that is) and these assholes keep showing up at Obama events with fucking assault rifles.
Well, the likelihood of someone doing something really fucking horrific slowly approaches 1.

I haven't seen any "reviews" of Rachel Maddow's MTP debut, but I thought she handled herself really well.
She took it to Dick Armey (with actual, like written evidence) and didn't for the most part, appear intimidated.
That being said, I was struck how when Rachel would confront Armey or [other RW panelist] Tom Coburn with verifiable evidence that they were liars or fomenting violent protest, she would look at the desk, or the table, or anywhere but their face.
Meanwhile, old pros Armey, Corburn and Tom Daschel, can just look at each other and smile while calling them a lying, murderous asshole.
That says to me that politics is nothing but theater, or their sociopaths, or both.
