Unintended Consequences of "Really!?!" with Seth & Amy

I enjoy the sketch, but it's yielded a legion of yoyos who think that just saying "really?" passes for astute social commentary.

For example, saying "Really, Michigan State Representative Mike Callton? "Vagina" is an offensive word? Really??"

Is not commentary. It's just a rhetorical question.

Ah ah ah, but what if you translate it into a foreign language and then pronounce it with an exaggerated accent? Try it! "Vraiment?" "Pravilno?"

... somehow I don't think "wirklich?" really sounds right in German. I don't think the Germans do inquisitive/cute.
