This is probably the best thing for sensible Republicans, though perhaps not in 2012.
Let the party implode over infighting between the neo-cons; and the evangelicals; and the 7 sane Republicans, the former 2 go form some radical warmongering platform based on witch-burning, imperialism, and oil-reserve acquisition.
The sensible republicans can peel of a large section of Democrats.
