As you can see, the child is wearing a ribbon, which is total bullshit.
For one thing, there should be a ":" between "AIDS" and "The." For another, everyone knows that you don't multi-color each letter, it looks too busy and is difficult for the reader to process.
Not being an epidemiologist, I can't speak to the science, but the style and presentation is abysmal.
